Costume Contest

THEME – PORTLAND'S PARTY

Simply create your most fabulous party (or regular) costume and enter that night in the category you choose.  Please remember that this is a mass-appeal family event.  Please be tasteful with your costume.  You must wear your participant number to enter the contest.

COSTUME COMPETITION & PRIZES

Great prizes to be awarded in the annual costume competition.  (Each costume participant can only enter in one category.)

Best group (5-15 people)
Best Individual
Best Youth (age 14 and under)

Grand Prize for Individual Costume Contest Winner -

Second place individual will win a $500 Microsoft Gift Certificate!

The winner of the youth category wins a Birthday Party at the Old Spaghetti Factory. 

Judging will begin at 7:00 pm at the stage at the Lincoln track. Although finishing the race is not required, you must wear your participant number during the judging. We reserve the right to disallow any costumes and participants not meeting Rose Festival parade standards. Please be tasteful with your creativity!
